Large Double Available in Hornsey

We have a room available in our 3 bed flat in Hornsey. Move in date is September 18th, though you may be able to move in a bit earlier. The bedroom is the largest in the flat and rent includes all bills. There is also a large living room, kitchen with two fridges, a full bath and small bath beside the kitchen. We have lots of great cafes, restaurants and green spaces nearby, as well as a Sainsburys and Tesco within a five minute walk. Hornsey overground is about a 10 min walk away and buses for both Turnpike Lane station and Finsbury Park station stop right outside our building.
We are ideally looking for someone early thirties to early forties. We aren't a party house but it's absolutely fine to have friends over to hang out. Our agency will do the standard checks (right to rent, job reference, income) so we are looking for someone employed full time. Please tell us a little about yourself if you're interested.
