Room for Rent Turnpike Lane

Hi guys! I’ve got a room available in my flat in Turnpike Lane, 10 min walk from Turnpike Lane and a 5 min walk from Hornsey station. (I can take more pictures of the room - my housemate is currently moving stuff out so after she’s done that I can send more or get the landlord to send ) AVAILABLE from November 16th (possibly sooner).

I’ve got videos of the flat, bathroom and roof terrace but it won’t let me add videos to this

The flat has a washing machine, bath, shower, oven, gas hobs and a rooftop terrace (which is great for having people over)

Rent - £900 bills come to around £100 extra

About me - I’m a 23 year old gay artist and use the kitchen to paint.. (I’ve got a smaller room so I need a space to paint) ideally looking for someone creative who would like to half the kitchen for painting or any creative work.. I work 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday. I’m very clean and tidy and really laid back, I spend a lot of time painting and out with my friends.. I also love to batch cook so that’s a bonus!

I don’t mind if you work late shifts as I’m a pretty heavy sleeper!
