There is one single bedroom available in a spacious top floor Hornsey flat!

The single room could technically fit a double bed, and there is storage elsewhere in the flat!
It comes with basic furnishing like wardrobe and bed but it is not an en-suite.

There are two shared bathrooms, a big living room and a big kitchen. There is also a garden shared between the whole building.
The bills are not included and council tax is £206 a month all together. So individually bills come to around £135 each!

The flat is located along Hornsey High street within short walking distance of Hornsey station which takes you to Finsbury Park and all the way to Moorgate. You can also get the bus to Turnpike Lane for the Piccadilly line (15 min walk).

My previous housemates have moved out to buy a house so I am the only remaining tenant! I work for an environmental charity running practical conservation sessions. In my downtime I enjoy reading, watching TV, playing video games or boardgames and playing sports like football. I also enjoy going to the local pubs with friends!

I have an indoor cat called Charlie who’s 9 years old, greedy, slightly noisy but really chill and cuddly!
