You’ll be sharing with 4 professionals in their 20s/30s who work in media, tech, and healthcare. We respect each other's privacy and quiet time during the week but love catching up over a tea or a glass of wine on the weekend.

• Bills: Split equally – roughly £55 per person per month (£55 for one person).
