Hi! We’re offering a room for short-term let in our charming Victorian conversion flat on the raised ground floor, located in one of London’s best areas to live – Crouch End. The room is available from 1st July to end of September.

About Us:
We are a professional couple who work from home 3-4 days a week. We’re looking for a friendly and respectful lodger, either a student or professional.

The Flat:

• Cosy spacious shared living room with a dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer)
• Access to a beautiful private garden and patio
• The room has some storage space and comes with private bathroom for your sole use

• Quiet and respectful neighbors

• Crouch End is one of the best areas to live in London, known for its community feel, local pubs, and restaurants
• Excellent transport links: Bus stop right outside the flat
• Archway and Finsbury Park Underground stations are 15 and 25 minutes walk or a 5 and 10 minute bus ride
• Crouch Hill Overground station is an 8-minute walk
• Close to shops, groceries, and the scenic Parkland Walk
