Friendly houseshare in Crouch Hill

We're looking for someone to join our friendly 4-bed house-share. Our housemate has just moved out to get her own place and the room is available from now.

The house is a lovely homely space, set over 3 floors, with a great sized garden and 3 bathrooms. The room available is the largest room in the house with big built in cupboards.

We want the house to feel like a home so are looking for someone that is looking for a bit of a community feel, and hopefully has a few similar interests. We love a bit of creativity (writing, crafts, making clothes, art), like having friends over for big meals, and enjoy a bit of nature too. There are housemates that like a good dance, doing yoga, climbing, wild swimming (Hampstead ponds are nearby), and playing music. We also like a bit of alone time to recharge so respect having a good balance of chilling together and down time to ourselves.

The current housemates are in their early 30s, working in environmental organisation and art modelling; science communication; and software development for tv.

The house is located in a relaxed neighbourhood in the Crouch Hill area, just up the hill from Crouch End. There are lots of shops, food spots and local pubs nearby. Crouch Hill overground is ~10 mins away, Archway tube is ~15 mins and Finsbury Park station about ~20 mins.
