New flatmate wanted !!!

Our flatmate is leaving the country forever and his room is up for grabs! In a lovely 3 bedroom flat with two other very cool artist tenants. You will get a nice cosy room with nice morning sunshine from the east. We have the biggest bathroom ever with a bathtub. Adequate storage in our storage room and a nice big kitchen with all amenities. We also have a lovely living room with a TV and a CD player. Our garden is very big! We love Gardening and have many plants. If you have plants please bring them, they will be taken care of.

We are a very social household and have friends and family around sometimes for dinners, movie nights etc. We often cook for each other, make juice, go out and have a nice time. We also give each other lots of personal time as we understand the importance of it. We live a 15 minute walk from Archway tube station, Aldi, M&S, etc. And a 10 minute cycle/10 minute bus ride to Finsbury Park.

Council tax is around £58 per person, Electricity is around £27 per person, and water is around the same. Wifi is another £10 per person. Note these are all prices per month.
