I’m renting out my very large living room as a private room, with its own balcony, in my home in a lovely, peaceful and very central part of London.

I’ve lived in this flat for the past 16 years and have been living in London for over 22 years. I started renting out my living room after the pandemic, and it has worked really well as a spacious private room.

Although it’s technically the living room, it’s a huge space and works very well as a private bedroom/living area. You’ll have plenty of space for your belongings and your own balcony — perfect for having a coffee or getting some fresh air.

🏡 About the flat

I work mainly evenings and most weekends, so I’m rarely at home. Most of the time, you’ll have the flat to yourself, so you can enjoy a good level of privacy.

We would share the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a dining table where you can sit and have meals.

📍 Location

The flat is in a very central but surprisingly quiet location, within walking distance of Hoxton Station and around a 15-minute bus journey to Liverpool Street and Old Street.

It’s tucked away from the main road, in what used to be a pedestrian square, making it a calm, safe and quiet place to come home to.
