My name is Jessica and I have been living at this flat for the past 14 years and in London for 20+ but since opening a restaurant and pos pandemic I been renting out my living room. It’s a huge space as you can see in the pictures and has its own balcony.
I work evenings and most weekends so I’m barely home and you will feel like you at the flat on your own most of the times.
All house bills are included.
There is no tv, you will need to get your own.
Professional cleaner coming every 2 weeks.
Very central location, it’s walking distance to Hoxton Station and a 15 min bus ride to both Liverpool Street and Old Street Station but since it’s off street and what used to be a pedestrian square it’s safe, calm and quiet.
No parties, weekly guests, animals or smoking allowed.
We would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen which has a table for meals.
