Our flatmate is sadly moving out, hence we are looking for a new flatmate to join us.

This top floor flat is spread across 2 floors with another big south facing terrace in the living room and kitchen area. The flat is fully equipped with even a dishwasher and a dryer.

You will share the comfortable bathroom with one another flatmate only as the flat has 2 bathrooms.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Roxane, French working in finance, Tracy, Canadian working in Sales, and Madeline, English working in admin.
Everybody is very kind and respectful of the space. The atmosphere is chilled.

The flat’s location is amazing, set in the middle of Kingsland road with amazing bars, restaurants and transport links. It’s a five minute walk to Columbia road and 20min walk to broadway market / London fields. Overground (Hoxton) and buses 149,243, (others) are on the doorstep.

Bills comes roughly to £140-160 a month and cover electricity, council tax, water and internet and a bi-weekly cleaner.
