SUBLET - Double with En-Suite in Hoxton Penthouse

I am going abroad so I will be subletting my beautiful room and letting you borrow my amazing house mate!

It's a top floor penthouse in Hoxton with a large wrap-around terrace and sweeping views of the sky. The flat comes fully furnished with everything you'd need - we also have a dining table outside and a large lounging area for soaking the sun. The huge windows slide completely open so you can have a strong draft of wind to cool down in the summer heat.

You'd be staying in the bigger bedroom - top right of the floor plan. It's airy and comfortable, with plenty of space for your items and an en-suite with a large shower.

I'd also let you borrow Andy, my housemate. He's an architect from Austria and is really really lovely. Easy going, funny and nice, the ideal housemate!
