Looking for a third person to live in our modern flat in Hoxton. The flat has recently been refurbished with a brand new bathroom, flooring and all new living room furniture. Rent is £900 a month, bills £180 which includes wifi.

The flat is in an amazing location and has easy access to all parts of London. Old Street station is very close and Shoreditch is only a 15 minute walk away. The highlight for me is being so close to Regents canal which is alive in the summer and is only a small walk away from Islington High St.

There is everything you need nearby supermarkets, pubs/bars, restaurants, cafes dry cleaners etc etc

We are both 32 and 33 year old professionals (not a couple) who work hard during the week and enjoy being sociable and going out on the weekend. The living room is pretty spacious and is a great place to chill out and has a small connected balcony which is perfect when the sun comes out.
