Hi! double bedroom in our lovely flatshare available. The start date the 1st of October. Female preferred!

This is a 2-storey flat with 4 rooms total. You’ll be living with 3 friendly young professionals (mid–late 20s), all easy-going and respectful. We share a common kitchen and living room, and there’s a garden that brings in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and everything you need to cook plus a washing machine and dryer. The flat has 2 bathrooms (one small, one with a bath).

The room is on the first floor. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, heater, and shoe rack.

I've been living here for two years and love the area. It's only a 13 minutes walk to Shoreditch and Brick Lane, a 5 minutes walk to Hoxton Station, with Haggerston Park just around the corner. You’ll also find Sainsbury’s (5 mins), Lidl (15 mins), plenty of shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and takeaways nearby. If you cycle, you can reach central London in minutes (St Paul’s is about 15 minutes by bike) and there are also buses that can get you into the city in under 30 minutes.

Rent is £605 per month and bills around £85 including wifi, council tax and all bills.
