We are looking for a flatmate to move into our modern hoxton flat. It is a double room with a desk and lots of inbuilt storage. The flat has a large open plan living/kitchen area with 65" TV and large glass patio doors onto a spacious paved garden. The flat has two showers and an upstairs and downstairs toilet. We often use the outdoor space for drinks, bbqs or cooking pizzas.
Great transport connections with c.4 mins walk to hoxton overground (2 stops to elizabeth line at whitechapel) and c.20 mins walk or short bus to Liverpool street and old street. Walking distance to jobs in the city area. Bills are relatively low c. £90-£100 pcm.
We are all working professionals (architecture, events, sustainable finance) who enjoy exercising and socialising. This includes the occasional pint at one of our many local pubs or an evening at home watching a film together (we love a good romcom). The best flatmate would want to make the flat a real home and find friends to live with.
