Hiya, we are looking for a third flatmate to occupy the biggest room of this cosy flatshare in Hoxton 😄

It’s a perfect location on the cusp of Zone 1 and super close to all the hotspots (10 mins walk to shoreditch, 15 to Angel and Dalston) and super well connected (Windrush Line, Northern Line and buses). 5 mins away from Lidl! 5 mins away from two gyms.

You would be sharing with two young professionals and besties working in the creative industry 🎨

Luna, 27, art director, moved to London 5 years ago from Belgium. She loves visiting cafes, trying all the restaurants pinned on her map, doing long walks with music & going to the gym!

Jae, 28, gay, brand designer, also from Belgium. He likes to cook, try new cafes and galleries, play video games. Like an occasional night out.

We are both cosy and easy going and work hybrid. Cleanliness and organization is key, not OCD freaks but being mindful and considerate of shared spaces is a must. We both are pretty active in life and are not always in the house. We would like to find someone who has a similar lifestyle 🌟
