Bedroom with patio in shared house

This room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and opens onto a patio area (pictured above) which you'll have to yourself. It's on the ground floor of a shared house on Bevenden Street in Hoxton.

Bills are included up to the first £100 per month, and WiFi is provided for free by the landlord. We're a 5-minute walk from Old Street station which is on the northern line. We're very centrally located so we have easy access to more or less anything you might want to do in London, and we're in a great place for people who work in the centre. For example I work in the centre and it's close enough that I walk to work which is nice.

This property is just the ground floor. There's a bathroom and a kitchen pictured above. It's a 3 bed property. Both the current housemates other than me are moving out next year, so you'll be sharing with me and one other person who I haven't chosen yet.

I work full time as an actuary and I'm looking to live with other full-time working professionals. I personally value peace and quiet very highly, so I'm looking for someone who wants to live somewhere quiet. I'm a considerate housemate in general and I don't make a mess, and I would like the same in return from anyone I'm living with.

Interests-wise, I enjoy reading and gaming. I work a lot and spend a lot of time with my girlfriend outside of work so I'm not necessarily around all that often, but I'd like to get to know the people I'm living with.
