Situated at the junction of Hackney Road and Columbia Road but protected from street noise by shops at the front of the courtyard.

It also has great connections to the rest of London with walking times in minutes:
Windrush line: Hoxton Overground 3 mins
Central Line: Bethnal Green 10-12 mins
Northern Line: Old St Station 10-15mins walk
Everywhere: Liverpool St 15-20mins walk

Being so close and direct to the mainline stations also means travelling out of London and even internationally is also much less of a faff.

You: Calm, clean, tidy, look after yourself (and the flat!) Non smoker, veg preferred, pets - lets discuss. If you're into arts and culture or outdoor sports that's a plus. I need someone that I can trust with the flat as I’m away a lot.
