Come join our Hoxton flat!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our Hoxton flat from 3 June 2026 (with a bit of flexibility on the move-in date).

The Room
The room is a furnished double room with good storage. It comes with:

• Bed + mattress
• Half ottoman bed with under-bed storage
• Three-door built in wardrobe

You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with just one other person.

The Flat
You’d be living with one couple (M/F) and one single female — all New Zealanders in their late 20s who’ve moved to London relatively recently.

The flat itself is spacious and modern, with:
• Two balconies
• Large lounge area
• Good-sized kitchen with modern appliances

We’ve only recently moved in, so we’re still adding bits and pieces and the communal spaces will look a bit different to the photos.

We’re a friendly and social flat who enjoy pub trips, gigs, parks, markets, and exploring London together, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and wants to be part of a social flat rather than just renting a room.

We’re ideally looking for:
• A young professional in their late 20s / early-mid 30s
• Someone clean, tidy, and considerate
• Someone social, friendly, and keen to join in with flat activities from time to time.

Location
The flat is in an amazing spot:

• 3 minute walk to Hoxton Station
• 15–20 minutes to Old Street
• 15 min walk to Shoreditch

We're also close to loads of great cafes, restaurants, and local favourites including:

• Broadway Market
• Columbia Road Flower Market
• London Fields
• Haggerston Park

Costs
• Rent (excluding expenses): £1350 per month
• Bills: we haven't gotten the first lot of bills yet but are expecting approx. £200 per month (including council tax, utilities, internet and a fortnightly cleaner)
• Deposit: approx. £1500
• Council Tax Band: E

The building includes:
• Free residents’ gym

• 24/7 concierge for packages and deliveries

There are also shops and cafes right downstairs, including a pilates studio.

• We’re planning to start viewings from the week beginning 17 May
• Move in from 3 June
