Double Room with My Best Friends

Looking for a mid-twenties-ish queer woman/enby to take my place in our home!

We have a double room available in a 3-bed maisonette just off Kingsland Road and Hoxton Street as I’m moving out to live with my girlfriend. You’d be living with Tess and Georgia, my closest friends who I can’t praise as housemates enough. They’re fun, tidy, super easy to get on with, and people with whom I’ve made a home. Georgia and I were friends before and we met Tess through SpareRoom so hoping to find another amazing friend! Both young professionals working hybrid so will be wfh some days and in the office others. We’re all pretty social and busy so are often in and out of the house regularly but really value the time we do spend together in the house (or out together). We love to have dinner, grab a drink, watch some tv or go out together occasionally. Ideally looking for another queer woman/nb person to replace me so preference will be given to those.

Available from 6th Aug (some flex) but trying to get someone to sign by the end of the week if possible.
Big double room, huge storage cupboard, tasteful wallpaper
Separate toilet and bathroom (shower + bath)
Kitchen recently redone (appliances and surfaces in great condition)
Big living room in currently optimal furniture arrangement (no promises it will not be rearranged again)
