August sublet in Hoxton

Hello !

I'm subletting my bedroom while I'm away from the 3rd to 22nd August (the move-in date is slightly flexible if needed).

You'll be sharing the flat with three lovely housemates: a nurse, an IT professional, and a scientific editor. Everyone has their own busy schedule, but we're a friendly household and enjoy hanging out together from time to time.

The flat is incredibly bright and sunny, with a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a separate kitchen (fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, air fryer, and everything else you need), one bathroom, and an additional separate toilet downstairs. The entrance is via an external walkway that also serves as a little balcony, where we've added a bench to enjoy the sunshine.

The bedroom is small but bright and cosy. It's furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, with enough storage for a short stay.

The location is fantastic: just a short walk from the canal and several parks, with excellent transport links. Old Street Station and Hoxton Overground are both around 7min away on foot. There are plenty of bus routes nearby, as well as lots of supermarkets, with Lidl just around the corner.

I'm looking for someone clean, respectful, and reliable to look after my room while I'm away.
