ABOUT THE ROOM:
Bright double room with a bed (storage space underneath), desk and built-in, wardrobe. You’re welcome to add whatever you need-just make sure to return the room to how it was when you move out.
Preferably not WFH all week.

NOTE: We do not have a living room :/

We’ve got 2 cats who like to have pretty much free roam of the place, so liking cats is going to be essential.
They won't come into your room if you don't want to :)

What we are looking:
Nothing crazy tbh, just someone that respects the shared areas keeping them clean and tidy, and most importantly, has a cool vibe. Also, someone who likes cats 🐱 We have a pretty good relationship with our current flatmates and would like someone that can be part of that, with good vibes!

A person that is careful of not leaving water running when not using it or all lights on… aware basically

• 7 minutes walking distance from Old Street Station tube ( Northern Line + trains ) and Overground Hoxton station + Santander bikes literally in front of the building. Very well connected area
•Shoreditch park minutes away + lots of gyms in the area.
•Sainsbury, Lidl and Tesco minutes away
•Cafes and corner shop on the same road

Bills: water, council tax, wifi, gas and electricity - around £100 in summer and around 130 in winter.
