Furnished Double Room with Private Patio in Hoxton

We're looking for a considerate, tidy, and respectful working professional to join our three-bedroom house in Hoxton, central London.

The house is an excellent location within walking distance of Shoreditch, the City, Liverpool Street, Angel and plenty more, while still being on a quiet street in a friendly, family-oriented neighbourhood. The house is fully detached as well so it's very peaceful for being so central in London. We do have upstairs neighbours (the house is just the ground floor) but I've never had any disturbance from them in my time living here.

The available room is furnished with a small double bed, a desk and chair, under-bed storage, and a wardrobe, and opens onto a private patio area that you will have to yourself.

The house has a spacious shared kitchen with lots of storage space, and one shared bathroom. There is an optional parking space for rent behind the house for an additional £200 per month.

Bills are included up to an allowance of £100 per month.

A bit about us: I'm 24 and work as an actuary, and my other housemate is 26 and moving to London from France to work in risk management at a bank. We're both professionals with fairly busy lives, so the house is generally calm and quiet during the week. We're friendly and would be happy to occasionally cook together, go to the pub, or do something at the weekend, but everyone also has their own lives and values their own space.

This isn't a party house. We're looking for someone who enjoys living in a clean home, is considerate of the people they live with, and appreciates a quiet environment.
