The House

The house is spread across three floors:

Ground floor

* Open-plan kitchen and living area
* Large outdoor patio, perfect for summer evenings

Second floor

* Two bedrooms occupied by Ash & Leo (a couple from New Zealand) and Jared & Georgia (from New Zealand and England). They share the bathroom on this floor.

Top floor

* Your bedroom
* Nick’s room (working professional from New Zealand)
* A second bathroom, shared between just the two of you, which is a great bonus.

The Flatmates

You’ll be living with five friendly working professionals. Everyone is sociable and enjoys a chat, but equally respects each other’s space and busy schedules. It’s a genuinely easy-going, welcoming house that strikes a great balance between being social and independent.

Location

The location is hard to beat. Hoxton is incredibly central, with easy access to:

* Dalston
* Hackney
* London Fields
* Victoria Park

There are loads of great cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms and shops nearby, and Lidl is just a five-minute walk away.
