Hi all! Hope you’re enjoying the sunshine 🌞 I’m subletting my room for a few months while I’m between work.
Location: N1 (20 mins walk from old st and Liverpool st or 7 mins walk to Hoxton overground)
It’s also right between Shoreditch and Dalston and close to the canals!
The house: 3 bedroom maisonette. Your room will be the biggest in the house! The living room is now blue and there’s a lovely garden.
Who you’ll be living with: Dev and Carys, both in their 30s. Dev works in tv and carys works in marketing. We also have 2 cats who are both lovely! Binx (the black and white one) is particularly affectionate and loves a cuddle!
Costs: £950 per month plus bills. Deposit £900
Dates: 1st August-1st December with some flexibility and also potential for longer!
LGBTQ+ friendly of course! Perfect tenant will be ideally in their 30s. Social house and you’re more than welcome to have people over (We have a BBQ!)
