Looking for 1 roommate

I’m a working professional in the city, looking for 1 roommate who is pretty laidback like me but will also help out with flat chores.

Flat has 1 shared bathroom, your bedroom and own space outside your room to use as an office or storage.

Shared lounge and kitchen.

Looking for someone who is at a similar point in their life with work and doesn’t go out partying every night of the week but also does love a pint! I work fairly long hours and I’m in the office 3 days a week, flat is absolutely yours to use with no preference on how long you are there. It’s a small flat and not really equipped for loads of guests so if you have a partner or like to host people I would just ask if you use common sense and ask, 99% of the time the answer will be yes!

I’m easy going, have lived here for nearly 4 years and pretty outgoing, into all sports and film.

There’s lots of amenities nearby, a big lidl, 20 min walk from Liverpool Street, 15 from old street and 5 from Hoxton overground.

I lived with my previous flatmate for 3 years as I knew her from school. My current flatmate is a friend of a friend and is moving out at the end of August so this is the first time I’ve posted to live with a stranger!

Some of the storage space not included but the bed and bedside table come with the room.
