Hoxton flat with garden

I’m looking for two people to join me in this ground floor Hoxton flat. 10 mins walk to Old Street. 20 mins walk to both Shoreditch and Islington.

My housemates are moving out because of new jobs/ moving in with a partner.

The bills come to around £100 each per month and I already have WIFI, water etc set up. Our landlord is very responsive and replaces anything that’s broken within a day or two.

During the week I work a few days in the office, and usually go to the gym/ relax in the evenings. It would be ideal to socialise occasionally as a house, by having dinners/ a BBQ in the garden, or going to a pub on the weekend.

I also have a book shelf, so if you’re a reader we can share books :)

I’ll be doing viewings on 20th and 21st July. The tenancy starts on 19th August but if needed you could move in earlier.
