We are looking for a new flatmate in our 4 bedroom flatshare in Hoxton, right next to Columbia road (with the flower market 🌸).

The room is very spacious with a double bed, desk, cupboards and plenty of storage (including a walk-in wardrobe not shown in the pics!). It comes furnished for £949/month, council tax, water, internet included.

Gas and electricity are not included.

The flat is located in East London next to:
- Columbia road 1min walk
- Hoxton station 4min walk
- Old Street station 15min walk

Very nice Shoreditch area with shops and parks within 2min walk.

The flat has a large kitchen (equipped) with a shared living room area, two bathrooms (one toilet not shown in pictures) and storage. Balcony accessible from my room on the first floor - which I am very happy to share!

We are 3 girls in our 20s, students and
professionals. We are sociable and enjoy having a community in the flat, happy to go out together, cook, watch a movie etc.
