Partially furnished — a mattress will be needed, happy to chat about what else is provided

I live here quietly and work full-time, so I'm after someone similar — a young professional (not a student) who's tidy, respectful, and easy to live with
Quiet, low-drama household — we're both out at work most of the day and keep the place calm in the evenings

Old Street station on your doorstep
Walking distance to Shoreditch's cafés, restaurants, and nightlife when you want it, but the flat itself is a calm base to come home to

Move-in: 1st September

Rent: £1,332 pcm, bills separate.
