Room in Hoxton Flatshare :)

Hey, we're looking for a third roommate in our cosy hoxton flatshare :)

The room is about 10m2, with double bed, desk, built in closet, and chest of drawers. We've got a large sunny south-facing living room, shared bathroom that is split into toilet and shower/bath. Bills come to around ~£100 per month (wifi, water, electricity and council tax - the flat is in band C). Accessibility: flat is on 3rd floor with elevator (but elevator is frequently broken).

We are near Old Street (northern line, 10 min walk) and Hoxton (overground, 6 min walk). Right on the cycle superhighway between dalston and central london and near many shops and cafes - we've been diligently working our way around and have too many good food suggestions. 5 minute walk from Lidl and from shoreditch park!
Truly ideal location especially if you cycle. 8 minute cycle from Dalston, 7 from Broadway Market.

You'll be sharing with Elle and Oriane, two queer women (and many plants, also queer).
We both appreciate a tidy flat, enjoy cooking, and occasionally lounge in the living room to indulge in some I kissed a girl (the tv show), or random movies. Always on the lookout for a techno night out when the schedules align (lamentably not frequently enough sniff sniff).

Elle is a 24 y/o professional from england and new zealand, currently working in global security. she enjoys weightlifting, playing football and going out and about london (eg la camionera).

Oriane is a 25y/o french student who just finished a masters in environment. She loves to eat, climb, surf, rave and make kimchi. She has been organizing around divestment and is always happy to go to a protest. Can be found bopping around or volunteering for free sauna credits.
