We’re looking for a new roomie to fill our third double room in our lovely Zone 1 flat from 8 September 🥰
📍Location: Amazing central location in Hoxton, just a short walk to Hoxton Station (5 mins), Old Street Station (15 mins), a big Lidl (2 mins), Shoreditch Park (5 mins). Gorgeous spots like Columbia Road, Brick Lane, Dalston, Islington, Victoria Park are all close by 💐 The building is just off Hoxton St so no traffic noise.
💰Rent: £900 pcm + bills (approx £90-100/month for council tax, water, wifi, gas & electricity)
🛏️ Room: double room with north-facing window (with great lighting & privacy), built in wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk and other furniture. Bed and chest of drawers can be included. The flat has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, huge living room, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine & dryer.
✨What we’re looking for: A girl aged 25-30, working full-time (yearly income £28,000 or more). Someone house-proud and tidy 🧹 who values cleanliness and is looking for a longer-term home 🫶 We’re looking for a friend who’s keen to hang out and do activities together 👯♀️ The flat is really social and outgoing, but we love our downtime and the atmosphere is relaxed during the week due to busy schedules, so would be great if you fit this vibe!

Our other flatmate Helena is moving to a big south London flat, and Kate is in the process of buying a flat, so we will get to redecorate soon as most of the furniture is theirs!
Kate also owns the sweetest cat, Mooney. He’s a grey sphinx 🐈⬛ with golden retriever energy who wears cute onesies a lot. He’ll be (devastatingly) moving to Kate’s new flat soon after you get here!
