I'm sadly leaving my cosy room in Hoxton and looking for someone to move in with my fab flatmates Beth and Tynan!

It's a friendly and social household, looking for someone like-minded to join.

🍳 Kitchen including dishwasher

Your room:
🛏️ Small double room
🧥 Extra storage under the bed & wardrobe in the hallway
☀️ Really sunny and bright with lots of afternoon sun!
🪑 Option to include the bed frame, mattress, and console table if needed!

🚊 Transport:
- 5 minute walk to Hoxton Overground Station
- 10 minute walk to Old Street Station

💸 Bills
- council tax band B
- c. £130 a month - house is great on energy bills in winter

Great location - so easy to get everywhere and into central London!

We're all close, house proud and love living together! Typical weekend activities include:

🌳 Long walks along the canal
🍻 Grabbing a pint
🥪 Getting a sandwich from de Beauvoir deli
💃🏼 Dancing on the tables at howl at the moon
💞 Crashing on the couch to watch love is blind
