Our third housemate has unexpectedly had to leave London 💔, so we’re looking for someone to join our lovely little flat ASAP.

We’re both chatty, curious humans who genuinely enjoy knowing what’s going on in each other’s lives — but we also completely understand that everyone needs their own wind-down time.

We’re busy working, like having a laugh, love TV and generally try to keep the flat feeling like a calm, happy home. We’re big believers in communicating if something is bothering us rather than brushing it under the rug.

We’d love someone who is friendly, independent and has their own life going on. We’re not looking for a house where everyone disappears into their rooms, but equally, this isn’t a 24/7 communal living experiment! We’re very happy doing our own thing and would love a housemate who does the same.

That said, we’d definitely be up for the occasional wine together — we’re surrounded by loads of great wine bars, so it would be rude not to. 🍷

We’re looking for someone who can move in ASAP.
