Hi, I am looking for a lovely housemate to share a bright, beautiful and excellently located 3-bed maisonette, with large living room and 1.5 bathrooms.
The flat is located near Hackney Road and Columbia Road, 5 minutes walk from Hoxton station and Haggerston Park. Bus route 26 and 55 are just around the corner. Broadway market, Victoria park and Liverpool Street station are all within 15-20 minute walk.
The flat is newly renovated and furnished. The room itself is currently unfurnished but a bed would be available.
A lot of effort has gone into making this a homely and warm place and I am looking for someone who values that in the place they’re living in. There is plenty of space to do things together but it’s also to provide a place of peace and recharging.
