Bright room in cozy Hoxton flat!

Hello! We have a room up for grabs in our lovely flat in Hoxton 🌟unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out so one lucky person will be able to move in from 26th September (could be flexible for earlier)

About the house:
The house is a lovely ground floor flat with a GARDEN 🪏the location is honestly UNBEATABLE it’s a 10 minute walk to old street station (northern line), 14 mins to Hoxton station (windrush) for the overground, a 24 min walk/10 min bike ride to Angel station (northern line) and walking distance to loads of bus stops 🚌 and Santander bike docks 🚲😌

12 min walk to an Aldi and an M&S 🛒🥑
3 min walk to a tesco express 🌮🍌
15 min walk to the canal!!

About the room:
The room is on the second floor and the window faces the yard! Partially furnished (came with the bed) but can discuss buying other furniture off outgoing flatmate.

About the housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two girls from Aus (aged 24-25)

Charlotte is from Tasmania and has been living in London for 18months. She’s a theatre director who loves big thief, soup & going to the cinema!

Bec is a teaching assistant who moved across from Sydney in March. She loves reading, making music, singing in choirs, K-POP, discussing the differences in book to movie adaptations, where the best cheap food in London is, and watching movies that she should have watched a long time ago.

About you:
We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and excited to contribute to making the house a welcoming and cosy space. Ideally you’d be looking for people to become friends with, not just housemates!! 👯‍♀️
