Double bedroom, ensuite and balcony !

Looking to move as soon as possible, so will be arranging viewings w/c 14th September. We have an arrangement with the landlord that we always do name changes on the existing 12 month contract, which means there is no specific notice period you need to give when you decide to move out!

Room:

Large double bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe (all storage/hangers included). There is also direct access to the large balcony that comes with the flat.

Furniture provided in the room including a new double bed with under bed storage, IKEA shelving unit and bedside tables.

Flat:

Spacious open plan kitchen and living room, all furniture provided. Ample storage within the flat itself but with the amount of storage that comes with the room this isn't hugely needed.

The two other rooms share a family sized bathroom, which includes a bath shower. Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, and in the building is a lift as well as a downstairs bike room.

The building is a modern build, and the other flats include other flatshares so it is mainly working professionals / couples as neightbours.

Total bills around £150 including Council Tax which is £93

Flatmates:

Manty (23) and Hannah (29), two super friendly and sociable girls who have been in the area for a few years. Both keen on making the flat as homey as possible and taking care of it as well.

Have previously lived with a couple as well as male flatmates, so would be open to both again.

Nearby area:

The location is truly amazing. Right downstairs is an amazing Schitnzel restaurant, a cafe and the local pub that offers 2-for-1 pizza night on Monday as well as live music! We also have the best corner shop in London that has everything you could ever need.

Down the road (3 minute walk) is a Sainsbury's local, but we are also only a 7 minute walk to Old Street Station where there is an Aldi and a M&S food as well.
