Double room in lovely Hoxton flat from November!

Hi! I am looking for someone to take my room in a lovely 3 bed flat in Hoxton from 1st November. The room is £850 pcm without bills. We are council tax band C so total costs with bills included are usually just under £1000 pcm.

The bedroom available is a double, with a desk and bookcase and lots of natural light. The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, and is across two floors (maisonette).

The current housemates are two women in their late 20s. One works hybrid so spends time in the flat during the week. We are sociable and also love spending time in the flat. We would like someone who is easy-going, friendly, and fun.

Collective interests include: music, communism, football, good tv, bad tv, cooking, crafting, swimming, having a dance on a night out etc.
