1 Double Room in the heart of East London

Hi everyone!
We just moved into this lovely house just next to Brick Lane and Columbia Road Flower Market, and we’re looking for a fourth person to join our little household from October!

A little bit about us: we’re three 25yo and all aiming to work in creative industries, I’m Claudia, Spanish/Italian working towards a career in the events & music industry, Greta is Swedish/Italian and works in film, and Oli is English/Norwegian and also works in film.

A little note about the pictures: the house looked like this before we moved in! It was originally my friends’ house, so they took most of their furniture with them when they left. They kindly left us the sofa, but apart from that, we’re basically starting from scratch and redecorating the place together
so there’s lots of room to make it our own!

We’re looking for someone friendly, social, easygoing, clean and who enjoys being part of a household 🌼
Ideally someone who’s planning to stay long-term. At least 12 months.

We’d love to have a house where we can cook and share meals, make plans together, have the occasional drink and actually enjoy spending time with each other, while also respecting that everyone needs their own space and downtime. Basically, we’re looking to make it feel like a home rather than just a house!

The house has:
• A lovely garden
• Living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• 2 bathrooms
• 4 double bedrooms

The available room overlooks the garden and is lovely and bright. The room is currently furnished but you can get rid of the items if you wanted and replaced it with yours, total blank page!

Rent: £790/month
Bills + council tax + cleaner (2h a week) = approximately £120/month per person
