Hello, potential new housemate!
My current housemate is moving out, but I’ve decided to stay, provided I can find a lovely new flatmate to join me.
It’s a two bedroom flat with a large living room, separate kitchen, little balcony and all the mod cons: washing machine, dishwasher, toilet (amazing, right?).
The available room is a large double and can come with or without the bed and wardrobe. Both belong to my current housemate and are available if useful!
The flat is just off Kingsland Road, around a three minute walk from Haggerston Overground.
I’m a 35 year old professional guy working in tech nearby. I’m usually in the office most days, so if you work from home, you’ll generally have the flat to yourself during the day.
Rent is £1,300 per month, plus bills of around £150 each. Couples are welcome, with rent at £1,400 per month.
