Hi!
I’m moving out and posting on behalf of my flatmate Roz. The room is a furnished double room in E2. Comes with bed and mattress. Huge built in cupboards for storage.
We have a large lounge with sofas and TV, separate kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc and a bathroom with a full sized bath.
Rent and electricity is paid monthly to the estate agents (£950 for rent and £35 for electricity), and then we sort council tax and WiFi (approx £115 per month). The electricity is a standard £35 as the flat is connected to the shop below’s electrics, so we don’t question or mention how cheap it is. We just pay (it’s apparently been this price for 6+ years).
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household, and it’d be great to find someone within the community, but not a must.
Move in date is 5th October, but a small amount of flexibility possible.
