Double room in 2 bed flat in Hoxton

My friend is moving out after 2 years to move in with her boyf 💔, looking for another gal to move in from end of November!

The flat 🏠 is in Gainsborough Studios on Shoreditch Park on the 3rd floor - it is gated and has a concierge so you can order as many Vinted parcels as you like and super safe. Also right by Regents Canal and a 15 minute walk from Old Street on the Northern line or Haggerston for the Overground. There is a gym right underneath the building (not included in rent sadly!) as well as a gorgeous coffee / brunch place.

The room 🛏️ is a spacious double room which comes with the double bed, it also has a huge built in wardrobe (might be my favourite thing about the flat). The other room (my room) is an ensuite so you will have the main bathroom to yourself.

About me 💁‍♀️ I’m Lizzie, I’m 30 and I’ve been living in London for 3 years now (originally from Nottingham). I work in sustainability consulting and I’m in the office about 3/4 days a week and fairly busy during the week. When I’m not working I love to travel, go see some live music, eat and drink my way around London basically.

I’m looking for a flatmate who already has their own life in London but also wants to be pals, make a home of the flat and is up for movie nights, pub trips, nights out and hosting the odd dinner party!

We keep the flat clean and are respectful of each others space and pretty quiet - it’s also just a quiet block of flats so people generally are good vibes.
