Double bedroom in maisonette in Hoxton

Ground floor double bedroom in a 4-bed maisonette in Hoxton, Hackney available asap (there will only be three of us living here, other small bedroom is an office which can be shared). The house has been modernised and is a 4 mins walk from Hoxton station, super close to Columbia flower market, Broadway market, Dalston and Shoreditch! Total rent is £1,300 per month (inclusive of all bills, and council tax). The room is furnished but if you have some of your own we could potentially remove some of the furniture if needed.

You’ll be sharing with myself (F, 31) and Lucy (F, 30). I’m a nurse but I work a hybrid office job (wfh two days a week) and Lucy is a project manager, she’s in the office five days a week.

We’re very sociable and like to be out and about most of the weekend with friends etc (and hopefully you) but also enjoy some downtime during the week, and keeping a clean/zen home! We would love to live with someone that can become a friend rather than just passing ships in the night!
