Hello!! Me and my friends Colette and Sara are looking to fill a fourth room in a flat we’ve already placed the holding deposit on! Our lease would be starting October 1st and the room is an ensuite with its own shower, toilet and balcony!! (pics included are the room for rent + shared living room and kitchen)
The flat is super cute with a great location close to old street. The landlord has also been really responsive and just got the carpets replaced! Rent for the room would be about 1190 before bills (which would come to about 70). We are looking for someone that would be ready to send over all their info asap so we can get the referencing checks and contract going! About us:
Colette and I are from the US and Sara is from Australia! We are all in our mid 20s and Sara and I are working while colette is getting her masters! We all love to go out on the weekends sometimes but are very chill during the week days. We like having a really friendly flat where we can all hang out together (we love a good movie night or game night).
