Couple Room in Hoxton in Bright House

Hiya, we’re looking for a couple to fill a light filled en suite room in a four story four bedroom house in Hoxton (E2).

Location: The location is positively dreamy, just a short stroll to Broadway Market, Columbia Road and most importantly the canal for your coffee strolls, long runs and people watching needs. We have Lidl and Aldi nearby as well as some of the greatest corner shops.

Transport: We’re a short hop away from the overground, with good connection to the Vicky and Lizzie lines and a 10 min bus ride to Old Street and Liverpool Street.

The Flatties: You’ll be living with 4 professionals in their late 20ies and early 30ies (1 couple, 2 singles) working across videography, tech, social work and dietetics. We all live a pretty active lifestyle and very much enjoy the social element of share house living including the occasional flat dinner and (slightly more regular) wine and debrief.

The Room Itself:
The room makes up the entire 3rd floor with an en suite, two built in wardrobes and a super king bed. Plenty of space for a large work desk, lots of light and a rooftop balcony just across the hall.

The house: The ground floor has our other lovely resident couple, and the first floor makes up the communal space. We have a large living room, and kitchen with bright double doors onto a private patio. We all love to cook and the kitchen is often filled with chat and shared meals. We have a large TV and dining table and love to host a good dinner party or have a chill movie night.

The nitty gritty:
- Rent £865 each (bills included) total for both is £1730.
