Double room in 3 story in Hoxton:)

Hello!

Beautiful double room available in chill, friendly flatshare 2 minutes from Hoxton station:)

Loads of natural light, wood floors and tons of storage space. This is currently my room, but my boyfriend, Rob and I will be taking the bigger room in the house when my lovely housemate Phoebe leaves to go travelling!

The house:

Walking distance to Dalston, Shoreditch, Columbia Road, London Fields, Liverpool Street and Victoria Park. 3 beds, 1 bath and an open plan kitchen/living room. It’s split across three stories which gives us a nice bit of breathing space too. We’ve a washer and dryer, bills come to ~£110 each.

About us:

Current housemates are Rob (27M), from Ireland and working in the music industry, Max (25M) a videographer from Leeds and me, (26F) a cultural strategist also starting a masters at the LSE this year and also from Ireland. We’re all very much book, music and film heads.

All three of us are pretty busy and on the go with work, so try to keep the house a clean, laidback and friendly vibe! For balance, we’re ideally looking for a female housemate and someone who doesn’t work from home, but mainly just looking for someone nice to fit the atmosphere.
