2 super cute rooms in lovely Hoxton flat

Hi! We're looking for two trans-friendly and neurodivergent-friendly flatmates to move into a friendly 3-bed flat in Hoxton.

Room 1 (£900):
Cosy and comforting double room. Furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, bedside table.

Room 2 (£975):
Super bright and airy double room. Furnished with wardrobe, huge storage cupboard, bed, bedside table.

Viewings:
Weekend of 02/10/26 and some evenings the following week

Your new flatmate!
You'd be living with Ellen (they/them) who works as a data scientist and dancer. In their free time, they love nature, music and spending time with friends. They plan to stay long term and would love to build a home with the new flatmates.

The flat:
Stays warm in the winter, cool in the summer. Huge living room with a sofa and a bunch of Ellen's lovely things. The kitchen has a washer-dryer, fridge, oven and lots of storage space. There's a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom, ideal for flat sharing.

The location:
The location is amazing! On your doorstep you'll have Hoxton Street Market, Shoreditch Park, Haggerston Park Howl at the Moon (super fun Irish pub) and a lovely Lidl 2 mins away. The flat is a 5 min walk to Hoxton Station (overground is king <3) and 15 min walk to Old Street Station. There are also lots of buses to take you wherever you need to go :) It's a 30 min walk to Liverpool Street and Dalston.

Admin:
Deposit is £1096 for both rooms - spare room won't let me put that for some reason
Bills come to about £150/month which includes a bi-weekly cleaner.
We can be quite flexible with the move in date, from early November to early December.
