The flat is in Hoxton, a 7-minute walk from Hoxton Overground station and just 1 minute from the nearest bus stop, which is also served by night buses. The closest Underground stations are Old Street and Liverpool Street. Shoreditch town centre is only a 10-minute walk away.
The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the location is excellent.
