Large en-suite double in Hoxton Chapel conversion

Hello!

We're looking for someone cool, laid-back and easy-going (any gender) to take the large ensuite double in our home, a top-floor, split-level flat in a converted chapel on Hackney Road, right by Hoxton station.

About us
There are three of us. Two of us girls work in fashion, one as a model agent and the other as co-founder of a circular fashion company. Oli works in music and is a brilliant chef, so the kitchen gets well used. We've become good friends and love hosting dinners and drinks, but we all have busy lives, so there's no pressure to hang out.

The room
A large double with a gorgeous ensuite of your own. South-facing so it gets light all day, with great storage and a double bed.

The flat
Downstairs is a big open living space with an extendable G Plan dining table, a hi-fi and a projector for movie nights. The large kitchen has a second table, a dishwasher and a gas hob, plus there's a bedroom and a shared toilet on this floor.

Your room is upstairs with two other bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The landing opens onto our south-facing private terrace, a real suntrap with views over the city. We keep the place tidy and have a cleaner every two weeks.

The costs
£1,300/month plus bills (around £120/month). Full-fibre Wi-Fi is heavily discounted for the next six months.

The location
Turn left and you're five minutes from the City. Turn right and you've got bars, restaurants, parks and the canal. Hoxton Overground is a 4-minute walk, Old Street 15 minutes and Liverpool Street 20 minutes.

You
Someone easy-going, tidy and considerate, ideally looking to stay long-term, who'd enjoy the odd dinner party (and Oli's cooking).
