Hello! We are looking for someone to join our flat as I’ll be moving out of my room.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional toilet, which is always useful in a house-share!
The room has a double bed, a desk, a large storage unit, and a nightstand. It also gets a lot of sun, especially in the mornings.
The bills (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and council tax) are split evenly between housemates using the Splitwise app.
You’d be sharing the house with three friendly professionals - Holly, Tia, and Kamil. Lovely people who enjoy socializing but respect everyone’s privacy and space.
The flat’s in a great location, right in between Shoreditch and Hackney, with Liverpool Station, Old Street Station, and Hoxton Station all very near. 

Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco a walking distance away.
