LOCATION:
Super central and just a 4-minute walk to Old Street station. You’ve got the best of Shoreditch, Angel and the Barbican practically on your doorstep for independent coffee, vintage markets and exhibitions, alongside a ton of great bars and restaurants. If you fancy some green space, Shoreditch Park is right nearby.

THE FLAT:
First thing to know, the flat is on the 4th floor with no lift, so your legs get a workout every day, but the flat itself is super bright, cosy and really quiet because there's nobody above us. There’s also a cosy living room with a huge window that catches the stunning morning sun.

THE ROOM:
A furnished, bright double with a wardrobe, good natural light and plenty of space to collapse after a long day.

YOUR FUTURE FLATMATE:
I’m Maria, originally from Portugal and now working as a production assistant in film/TV production. Mostly standard hours, though I do occasionally walk in at crazy o'clock with leftover snacks from the shoot to share. When I'm off, I play football, wander around vintage spots and log an unhealthy amount of films on Letterboxd. I’m easygoing, friendly and mindful of downtime. Always up for a movie, dinner or a walk, but I also completely get needing to just close your door and recharge. More into small dinners and games than big parties. I'm very clean and naturally leave rooms tidier than I found them, so looking for someone similarly house-proud.

MY FUTURE FLATMATE:
Someone down-to-earth, respectful and genuinely friendly. Proactive about looking after the whole flat like sharing cleaning, splitting household essentials and sorting bills on time without having to chase each other.

Right to live and work in the UK.
