Hoxton Room Available

Me and Tallulah are looking for a new housemate!

Our housemate Tom is moving out and I’m taking his room, so my old room is available. Both me and Tallulah have lived here 2+ years and love living in our flat! Tallulah is 29, from Australia and an artist. I’m Emile and I’m 26, British and work in fashion.

We are looking for someone who can bring vibes to the house, we enjoy spending time together here and there and occasionally head to our local pubs. We both live busy lives so we’re not always around but it’s nice to catch up with eachother when we can. We are happy for any gender aslong as you’re clean , considerate and have good energy.

We have a Lidl literally 1 min away, aswell as a Sainsbury’s 5 mins away and and m&s by Old Street station. We’re pretty well connected with buses going into central and a 5 min walk to Hoxton overground and a 10 min walk to Old street station. Also a short walk to Dalston, Islington or Shoreditch!

The room is the smallest in the house but it’s manageable and still pleasant to live in. I’ve been in here 2 years and it’s been big enough for me :)
