We’re looking for a new female housemate to join our home, as one of us is moving out! The room is available immediately after a name transfer on the lease. Bills are usually around £90p/m.

The room is a lovely, bright and spacious double with plenty of room for furniture and storage. The flat itself is cosy and homely, with a large open-plan kitchen and bright south-facing living room. Two-floor flat with 1.5 bathrooms and under stairs storage. The bedroom comes furnished with the bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and clothes storage unit (optional).

We’re a friendly, sociable group of girls who enjoy spending time together, whether that’s catching up on the sofas after work or going for a pint. Equally, we’re all busy with our own jobs, friends and lives, so there’s a really nice balance of socialising and having your own space. We all work full-time and are generally out at the office during the week.

We’ve lived here for over 2 years and may be looking to move out at the start of spring next year, so you’d be welcome to continue the lease with new flatmates or take it for a short term let and move out the same time as us - happy to chat about what works best for you
